Shipping policy

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shipped via USPS.


Please note, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers from original carrier.  

We are also not responsible for packages that are stolen after being delivered by USPS.

If a package was marked delivered but is missing:

Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery.

We'd be able to proceed with a refund or reshipment only if the carrier states in writing that the package was not delivered (as marked) but was actually lost.
